Return Policy for oversea orders

The returned products must be unused, unworn , or malfunction caused by human defects. 

If the product found defects when arriving. 
please email to the customer service mailbox, and we will contact you. 
If you purchased through the dealer, please report the problem to the dealer shop and follow up.

Return process :

Contact customer service staff (or dealer) → take a photo or send back the product → 
confirm the product with defects → ship out the replacement → re-installation (dealer or self-installation according to different products)
